Polycarbonate Tubing

A.P. Extrusion offers a wide variety of poly tubing, including polycarbonate tubing. Polycarbonate tubing is extruded from lightweight, flame retardant, durable thermoplastic compounds. We extrude both in-stock and custom polycarbonate tubing and although this tubing is typically clear, A.P. Extrusion offers custom colors.

Polycarbonate Tubing is an excellent material choice when toughness, clarity and high heat tolerance is needed. Polycarbonate Tubing is a perfect choice for electronic applications, when moisture and impact resistance, rigidity and transparency are critical.

Our polycarbonate tubing is available in UV Stable, USP Class IV, Gamma-Resistant and FDA grades for a multitude of industry applications. Polycarbonate Tubing can be extruded in many shapes and sizes and meets ASTM Standard D3935. We offer tubing diameters from .005" to .0350" and wall thickness from ..001" to .060".
